Club CMS and account access If an authorised club user signs into the CMS, Base44 authentication technology may use cookies or similar session storage so the secure account area can function.
Necessary technology cannot be switched off through the cookie panel because the website or secure account functions would not work correctly without it. The public site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics storage defaults to denied unless a visitor allows the Analytics category.
Facebook & YouTube.
Some pages include videos, social feeds or events supplied by Facebook and YouTube. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies when their embedded content loads. For that reason, embedded external media stays blocked until you choose to allow External Media. You can still follow ordinary links to those services without enabling the embedded content on this website.
Faster football data on repeat visits.
The site can store a temporary copy of public Northern Premier League football data in your browser. This helps fixtures, results and league information recover more quickly on repeat visits or if the live feed is briefly unavailable. If you reject Functional Storage, the football pages still work and continue to request live data; the browser cache is simply not used.
Google Analytics 4.
The website uses Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. The Google tag can load when a page opens, but analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation default to denied. While Analytics remains denied, Google Analytics does not read or write first-party analytics cookies and may receive consent-state or cookieless measurement signals. If you allow Analytics, analytics storage is updated to granted so the club can measure page visits and key actions such as outbound partner links, event ticket clicks, supporter signups and website enquiries. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, and this integration is not used to serve targeted adverts.
Change your mind at any time.
Use the Cookie Settings link in the website footer at any time to review or change your choices. Rejecting optional technologies will not stop you using the main Ilkeston Town FC website. If we add new categories of cookies or similar technologies in future, this policy and the consent controls should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
