Privacy Policy.
This page explains what personal information the Ilkeston Town FC website collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Only what the website needs.
If you contact the club through an enquiry form, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation, preferred date and message where applicable. If you join the Robins mailing list, we collect the name and email address you provide, your optional date of birth, and a record of your marketing consent. The website also stores your cookie preferences. Google Analytics uses Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied by default and is only granted if you choose to allow Analytics cookies.
Club communications and enquiries.
Information submitted through an enquiry form is used to respond to your request and manage any resulting club, venue, hospitality or commercial conversation. Marketing emails are only sent where you have actively agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Where Analytics cookies are permitted, website usage information is used to understand how supporters use the site and to improve its content and performance. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website's analytics configuration.
Hosting, media and analytics.
The website uses service providers to operate its hosting, secure CMS, forms and other technical features. Optional content supplied by services such as YouTube or Facebook remains blocked until you allow External Media where consent is required. The Google Analytics tag can load with analytics storage denied. Without Analytics consent it does not read or write first-party analytics cookies; if you allow Analytics, analytics storage is updated to granted. The site may also store temporary public football data in your browser when Functional Storage is enabled. For more detail about cookies and browser storage, see the Cookie Policy.
Access, correction and marketing preferences.
You can change optional cookie choices at any time using Cookie Settings in the website footer. You can also unsubscribe from club marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. If you have a question about information submitted through this website, or want to request access to or correction of your personal information, contact Ilkeston Town FC at enquiries@ilkestontownfc.co.uk. This policy should be reviewed whenever the club adds a new website service or changes how personal information is used.
