Ilkeston Town are pleased to announce the signing of energetic midfielder Masai Arbouin.
The former Gainsborough Trinity and Rossington Main midfielder has been training with the Robins for a number of weeks, impressing interim boss Colin Daniel with his pace, work rate and energy in midfield.
Arbouin helped Rossington Main secure safety last season after joining towards the back end of the campaign, scoring two important goals in their final two games.
His adaptability, energy and work rate will provide valuable additions to the Robins squad as the season continues.
Upon signing, Arbouin said:
"Delighted to sign for the club. I’m ready to bring my energy and quality to the group and help drive the team back to winning ways.
"I’ve really appreciated the warm welcome from the players, who have been fantastic with me in training since I joined the group.
"It’s important to stay positive despite the recent results, stick together and believe we can turn things around. We need to give everything for the club.
"I can’t wait to get going."
Welcome to Ilkeston, Masai.
