We're back on the road on Tuesday night as we visit Gainsborough Trinity at the Kal Group Stadium in Northern Premier League Premier Division action.
It was a tough afternoon for the Robins last time out, as we fell to a heavy 5-0 defeat against Redcar Athletic in what was Ryan Hindley's first game in charge.
The Gaffer will be in the dugout for the first time after James Jepson took the lead at home on Saturday.
Our opponents, Gainsborough have fared well this season so far, sitting in 9th position and being just a point outside of the playoff positions.
They have been victorious in their last two fixtures, as they beat Whitby away emphatically by six goals to two, before beating Emley on the road by two goals to one.
They however had been beaten in their last two fixtures on home soil, so they will be looking for a response as Hindley looks for his first victory as Robins’ Manager.
The previous two encounters between the sides’ played out very close, with a narrow 1-0 win for the Holy Blues at the Microlise New Manor Ground last August, before a 0-0 stalemate was played out in the return fixture.
A reminder that this fixture will be the final away trip for Ilkeston this month, due to the postponement of the fixture against Curzon Ashton on the 24th of October, owing to their continued involvement in the FA Trophy. The contest will now be played on Tuesday, 10th November, (7.45 KO).
